“They did not arrive on time for a 10 hour excursion. We gave up on them, when they did arrive 1 hour 15 minutes late we did not trust them to honor the remaining itinerary as published. The tour operator refuses to refund our money. I cancelled all other booked tours through Viator since they were not willing to honor the rights of the consumer.”
