“Reservation was made with Mike Fisher Punta Cana transfers. I received a confirmation email for roundtrip transfers. The pick up at the airport was great but then they suddenly did not have a reservation for our return flight. I emailed to confirm the pick up time they provided on their confirmation email and they responded that they did not have enough drivers to come get us....excuse me? They then continued to tell me "not my problem" how we got to the airport. I would not recommend this service to ANYONE. Not reliable and walked away from us stranding us at the resort. Do not use this company.”

“First time my husband and I tried a private transfer whilst visiting Punta Cana and booked with DWJVIP Services as came highly recommended. As our first time using a private transfer it took us a while to find the DWP stand at the airport however when we eventually did we were met by a lovely lady who took us quickly to our driver. From then on we were quickly driven to our resort in a luxurious vehicle, air conditioned and offered bottles of water etc. Chatted away with us. I am sorry we didnt get their names but they were brilliant. Our return journey was the same, I got a bit confused finding our pick up time however a quick phone call and the lovely Adriana confirmed this for me. This time our driver's name was Rene and he was absolutely brilliant. Offering to stop off if we needed to en route to the airport, asking what music we wanted on (of course we chose Spanish to round off our holiday!). He was a really lovely guy! All staff we encountered at DWJVIP were courteous, helpful, professional plus our transfer was great value for money and looking forward to using this company again when we return to Punta Cana. Can highly recommend!”

The drivers (Rene was one I remember) didn't have great english but good enough to ensure we were comfortable and had a good trip to/from the resorts. Highly recommend.”
