“I booked an excursion with this company in Punta Cana to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, it turned into a complete waste of time and money. We were given a confirmed pickup time at our resort. We were ready early and waited in the designated area. No one ever showed up. No call. No text. No message. Nothing. After waiting well past the pickup window, we tried contacting the company multiple times through every method provided. Responses were nonexistent. There was zero urgency, accountability, or customer care especially unacceptable for a paid, scheduled service. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. This was a birthday plan that could not be replaced last-minute. When you’re on vacation, time is the most valuable thing you have and this company wasted ours completely. What makes this worse is that we are still waiting on a refund for a service that was never provided. At no point did we cancel. They simply failed to show up. There is no justification for holding onto our money. If you’re considering booking with this company, be aware: • Confirmations mean nothing. • Pickup reliability is questionable. • Communication is poor when problems arise. • Refunds are not handled promptly or professionally. There are plenty of excursion companies in Punta Cana. Choose one that values your time, your money, and your experience. Unfortunately, this one does not. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially for special occasions. ”
