“I would avoid this company.. We decided to book them because in description is written that you stay on Saona island for three hours what’s total lie. We arrived to meeting point 12:25 and were supposed to be back at pick up point at 2p.m. The time for lunch its included in this 1 hour and 35 minutes.. When we confronted them about it they said thats nothing they can do and its impossible to stay on the island for 3 hours… Maximum capacity 30 people is another lie some people couldnt even sit on catamaran because there were no space left..”

It has been THREE WEEKS of constantly requesting my money (over $200) and I still have not been refunded. Please spend your money elsewhere with a company that actually communicates!”
