“Upon booking, I received an email stating that a pickup time would be provided for my clients prior to the tour. When pick up time was not communicated, my clients called and were told that their tour had been canceled and a refund would not be provided. They offered to reschedule the tour, but the rescheduled time did not work for my client' schedule. CanaGo tours still refused to give them a refund. Because of this experience, the lack of communication, and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend this tour operator.”

“Perfect day! Rene was the perfect guide for a day of discovery and fun. We started at the environmental center and learned about how they are saving the bees and diminishing coral. We visited a place where they protect turtles and then headed to an amazingly refreshing cenote. After lunch we boarded the catamaran and continued the fun and laughter with Rene. We went snorkeling, had some cocktails and then swam in a natural pool which was really great for everyone since it wasn’t too deep. It was a wonderful day.”
