They just took our money and refused to refund us. Our resort had to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport to catch our flight. This operator is totally unreliable and a scam.”

The service was extremely unprofessional, and it honestly felt like there was a lack of communication and accountability throughout the entire process. For my airport pickup to the resort, the driver arrived 30 minutes late and gave multiple excuses instead of taking responsibility. Unfortunately, the return trip was even worse. When it was time to leave for the airport, no driver ever showed up, leaving me stranded. When I contacted customer support, I was told to take a local taxi despite already having a confirmed voucher that covered both my arrival and departure transportation. After reaching out to express my frustration and disappointment, I was told I would receive a refund, but no details were provided about when or how that would happen. I also received a voice note that I couldn’t understand, and after asking for clarification, I never received another response. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience, especially while traveling. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of reliability, communication, and customer service.”
