“The transfer service was punctual, comfortable, and well organized. The driver was professional, courteous, and drove safely. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and the trip from Punta Cana Airport to the hotel went smoothly. I would gladly use ABI Tours RD again.”
“Noraliz and Randall rendered an excellent five star service to my family and I during our last trip to Punta Cana. They are also highly knowledgeable of the airport logistics, as well as the town's demographics and the relaxed culture in Punta Cana. They also are very friendly and attentive to their guests from the minute you meet them. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!”
“I had a wonderful experience with ABI TOURS RD. From beginning to end, their team was professional, reliable, cordial, and right on time. They made our airport transportation and overall experience much easier and less stressful. What stood out most was the level of care and attention we received. A member of their team helped us with the Sunflower Hidden Disabilities program, which made navigating the airport much easier and helped ensure we could access the additional support we needed. I especially appreciated that this was something they took the initiative to help us with. 🌻 That kind of service goes beyond simply providing transportation. The entire experience felt organized, attentive, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend ABI TOURS RD, especially for families and travelers who may need a little additional support navigating the airport. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our travel experience smoother and more comfortable! ✈️🌻”
