After multiple changes to my flight, Micky stayed in communication, adjusted everything seamlessly, and was waiting for my sister and me as soon as we walked out of the airport. He greeted us with amazing hospitality and a well air-conditioned vehicle for our nearly 90-minute ride to Miches. He also helped coordinate transportation for a group of 13 from Miches to Punta Cana for a night out. He took us to some of the best spots to party, made sure we were taken care of throughout the night, and even stopped so everyone could grab something to eat. “Micky was on time to pick us up. The vehicle was clean and safe. He handed us an ice cold bottle of water. Made us feel so welcome. We had a 1 & 1/2 hr ride to the hotel but he was telling us all about the area that we were driving through that it went by quickly. He also picked us up to take us back the airport a week later. We stayed at Secrets Playa Esmeralda. He was on time for our pick up and got us to the airport safe. He also reached out to check to see if we got home ok.
