“I’m rated this tour as a 2 only because the island and the natural pool visits were beautiful. I felt safe at both places and would revisit them. However, the guide was not pleasant and we didn’t understand him when he spoke. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I still couldn’t make out what he was saying. The driver was so disrespectful to the guide and the entire group. The bus was running and we kept knocking on the door ready to head out.. Finally after 15-20 mins he opened the door along with a female companion. We are all adults and we know exactly what they were doing. Very unprofessional”
“If you were spanish or Mexican it was fine person suppose to be the guide was useless all for the native language. The few English Americans and Canadians did no what we were doing .no instruction in english food was good the crew were great we did have another trip booked but cancelled ”
“I asked specifically if the amount to pay was in Canadian dollar, and I was told yes to later on find out they charged me US. On the way back, when we got off the boat, we didn’t know which bus to take. We had to wait like 20 minutes and no one wanted to take us back. Every driver was saying no, not me. After 30 or so minutes of waiting, someone took me and my mom who is 80 years old and we had to squeeze in the front of the van, Seated next to the driver who was constantly on his phone. We took the excursion from Punta Cana But no one tells you that the trip is at least two hours going and then another two hours coming back.”
