Traveler reviews
“When we exited the airport our driver was supposed to be holding a sign with my name. There was a sign with my name, but it was sitting with other signs on the side. Also, the price paid in advance was $49 for 4 people. The company sent a message the night before stating it would be an additional $20 because of where our hotel was located(even though I had given them the name in advance). An employee at the airport eventually got us to a driver, but it was unclear if he worked for the company. When we left our resort we took a taxi!”
“We had an amazing experience with private transportation from PUJ. The driver arrived on time and took us directly to our hotel, without complications. We'll use it again!”
“The private transfer from PUJ to our hotel was a stress-free experience. The driver knew the route well and offered us cold water during the journey. Quite a detail!”
“The whole process was very simple, from Reservation to arrival at the hotel, I didn't have to worry about anything. No complications”
