“The tour was an okay experience. The pickup was good, drove to the destination in a truck which was a nice experience. The tour itself was not the best experience. Our tourguide, Carlos, rushed the experience almost as if he wanted to get it over with. We spent 10 mins at the plantation, 15 mins or less on the beach (even when we asked for more time our guide just rushed us to leave), and we spent 15mins at the Cenote. We started our tour at 3.10pm and got to the Cenote (last stop) by 4.40pm - that'show rushed everything was. Our guide seen that we came with elderly folks who drove a little slower but still went on ahead driving instead of waiting back (our group of 4 had to act as guides for each other). ATV and buggie driving is fun but not when you're worried about keeping up with your guide; we were going fast keeping up that we even passed by other groups At the end of our tour he took our phone, gave 5 stars for the review and told us to just add our comment then he submitted it so now we're submitting our actual review. Would not do it again with this company, you're better off going elsewhere.”
