Saona Island VIP Small Group Tour – 4 Beaches
Spend more time enjoying Saona Island and less time on the boat. This small group experience is designed for travelers who want to swim, relax and enjoy the Caribbean beaches at a more comfortable pace. Travel by speedboat both ways from Bayahibe, allowing more of the day to be spent at the Natural Pool, Playa Flamenco, and another beautiful beach area such as Canto de la Playa or Palmilla, depending on conditions, plus a visit to the village of Mano Juan. This is primarily a beach, swimming and relaxation experience rather than a traditional guided sightseeing tour. Our crew accompanies the group throughout the day, coordinates each stop and gives travelers free time to enjoy the locations at their own pace. A Dominican style buffet lunch, water, soft drinks, juice and Dominican rum are included. The exact order of stops and specific beach locations may vary slightly depending on sea, weather and operational conditions, while maintaining the same beach focused experience.

Traveler reviews
“The colors of the sea are impressive, and each stop has its charm. Practically a full-day activity, but it is 100% worth it.”
“We loved being able to enjoy such beautiful places during the same day. An excursion that is very much worth it!”
“Where do I even begin… I booked this because it said “small group” “VIP tour” and from beginning to end this was not the case. From the beginning we were picked up in a small rinky rink van with another couple and thankfully a group of three didn’t show up at a pickup otherwise we would’ve been stuck in their like sardines. Once you arrive at the beach they kept us in an area for about an hour waiting on other people to arrive. The bathrooms at the beach were absolutely disgusting and the door doesn’t shut all the way. Pre and Pooh on the floor and walls. It says small group yet there were 30+ people crammed on to two speedboats with barely no room. The drivers of the boats were going dangerously fast so much so people were screaming and almost fell out of the boat. One lady yelled slow down and they ignored her. It was terrible. The beaches were not what we imagined at all and the staff of the boat were drinking with random girls on the boat while we all were swimming which was worrisome since you shouldn’t boat and drive. The entire day was exhausting, scary, nothing VIP about it. It was not a small group and a miserable experience for five of us.”
“We had a great time seeing the different beaches. Crew was great!”
“This was hands down amazing. We saw several remote beaches that had crystal clear light blue water and soft sand. We were not rushed and got to swim outside the boat quite frequently. We saw starfish in natural habitat. The speedboat was a fun experience. And the Dominican lunch was well made, I particularly favored the ham and rice. To top it off the tour guides were happy and friendly. The bus ride took about a little over an hour to get to the port for take off by boat toward the island; very manageable activity if you’re in punta Cana area looking for extra sightseeing and fun. ”
