“Positives: Lots of fun! Macao Beach was beautiful. The cave pool was awesome! The guides were great and made sure everyone was safe and following the rules. Everyone got really muddy! Negatives: The stop at Macao Beach for food and drinks was EXPENSIVE! $25 USD for a pineapple drink..shame on us for not asking what the price was up front. Lots of confusion getting on the transport bus. Driver kept sending us away because he didn't recognize my name. Once we finally got on the bus, we sat there, sweating, for a really long time. Got to the check in location and waited over an hour before we started the tour. Same thing happened for the return trip. People on the bus got hostile because we were waiting so long. The people not buying photos at the end had to wait for the long lines of people that were before we could leave. ”
