“It was very disorganized the moment we arrived. To board the boat they told us to go to one spot on the beach, then to another spot. We waited over 20 mins and finally we were allowed to get in a small raft that took us to the main boat. We were a big party of over 20 people we had to go in groups and some of us were not even given life jackets and they were overcrowding the raft, to the point that the police on the beach made them take out a few people from the raft for safety reasons. The fruit on the boat was not even cold. It was hot. I understand we are in the sun but the fruit could have been kept chilled until served. The bathroom was very unsanitary. The staff was friendly. The transportation guy was the best. ”
