“The shuttle ride there with Carlos was excellent. Unfortunately, the return trip was a complete disaster. The driver was arguing and cursing at everyone, and he almost failed to drop me off. I was close to getting out and taking an Uber instead. Terrible experience and a waste of money. I would not recommend the return service. Vehicle plate: I134863.”
“This was a fantastic tour. The pick up however was 5.50am from our hotel and drop off was 9pm. This was ok for two adults, I'm not sure this would be suitable for young children as its a really long day. We were lucky to see a mother and baby Humpback whale which was such a treat! I would absolutely recommend this tour ”
“Bus seating is very tight plus seats recline which make it even tighter. No washroom on the bus. Route to boat really shows you how many Dominicans live. But everything else was great. Hosts were entertaining. Long walk down to the falls and back up but worth it. ”
