“jan 2026-this operator never picked me up, and took my money and refused to refund me. as you can see, this operator has very few reviews which i noted when i booked and took a gamble on. unfortunately, they never picked me up, had very poor communication and were very impatient. internet at the airport is limited and not free (only free for an hour) and i spent 3 hours in agony and fatigue after a flight from the usa only to never have the shuttle show. they were INCREDIBLY impatient and refused to refund me. they also go by several aliases. just seriously avoid the mistake of booking these people, after 3 hours they left me, a solo female, stranded. i had to take an overpriced taxi instead and wasted 3 hours in stress by myself. on top of that, the airport sucks. you can't charge your phone so i had to conserve my battery while waiting for this guy to fleece me. another thing is, flights get cancelled or delayed all the time. i flew in from where there were winter storms and many flights were delayed. if a shuttle operator can't handle a flight change, what will you do?”

“Highly recommended! From the moment our plane landed I knew we were in good hands! Big shout out to Kelvin Santos- he was amazing! We had family flying in on 3 different flights arriving in two different terminals. Kelvin coordinated it all with ease and stopped at the supermarket on our way to the condo. In the past drivers would just stay in the car and wait for us, but Kelvin went the extra mile and went shopping with us. making It recommendations on products if needed and helped us find things in the store. Kelvin continued to check in with us daily to ensure our needs were being met. Arranged a whale watching excursion and made dinner recommendations when asked. We always felt safe and comfortable and would 10 out of 10 recommend this organization.”
