“Let’s talk about how terrible this experience was so I can save you from being a victim. Flight landed at 1:40 PM (filled this out on form) and the arrival time I said I’d be ready was 2:15. I was told to let them know once I land and when I retrieved my luggage, which I did. I was outside the airport at 2:13 PM, driver was no where to be found. They tell you not to go with any other driver but literally all the other taxis there were ready and similarly priced. The taxi drivers tried helping me find driver the company doesn’t even know what their business name is, nobody is aware of who they are. The driver didn’t arrive until around 2:50 PM. Do you think he took a moment to have a sign out or try to find me? No. The communication on their end was terrible had me texting two different numbers which was confusing. Why make it seem like your here waiting for me and you are not? I asked several times to just refund me because if you can’t deliver a simple task as being on time to the airport when you tell me you’re two minutes away I don’t want to deal. The vehicle they advertise on pictures is not what you’ll be riding in. The driver did not greet me or even apologize to me regarding the traffic, said nothing. The vehicle smelled strong of cigarette smoke and to top it off, I’m already overstimulated and irritated because it’s hot, there were multiple taxi drivers coming up to me offering rides, been traveling the entire morning/afternoon, and the late pick up the driver decides he wants to whistle every song playing… oh, and let’s not forget he tried dropping me off at the wrong hotel, if I didn’t notice I would’ve had to take get someone from the other hotel to drop me to the right spot. Then, he decides instead of speaking to me regarding my experience he takes pictures and videos of me while without permission or knowledge in the vehicle and of me walking off literally videos that made me uncomfortable because why are you taking a video of my butt. He decides to send it to me because I asked for a refund. Very terrible experience and would not recommend riding with them at all please use your money else where and not here.”
