“We booked a downtown tour of Punta Cana through Viator. The price was considerably more competitive than booking through the hotel. Alberto collected us directly from our hotel. He arrived promptly at 9.50am ahead of 10.00am pick up time and also communicated with us hours before , via text , confirming all the details. Alberto gave us a warm and friendly welcome, and we were fortunate to be the only guests on the tour that day. Alberto guided us around the area and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. We visited Punta Cana downtown, souvenir places and we wanted to also visit local restaurants to sample native food and drinks . He recommend a local place that sold tasty local dishes. He was happy to sit with us . We felt safe and secure with him. After approximately four hours, Alberto dropped us back at our hotel. An excellent guide whom we would highly recommend.”
