“booked small trip to soana island with vip lunch and luxury catamaran tour with unlimited drinks booked for husband and 2 friends birthdays researched fully from different options available booked for small group with no more than 15 travellers for activity This is not what we received speedboat with 30 adults crammed in like sardines when stopped unlimited drinks was a bottle of dark rum a bottle of full fat coke no ice no choice lunch was shared with about 200 people no vip area continually asked guide Miguel to help us as was on wrong trip he said just get on with it ! called local tour operator to be told website incorrect no trip for only 15 guests he again said just enjoy it party boat on return journey had around 250 people on board not the small luxury group we had paid for 1 toilet no sink no hand washing facilities alcohol drinks ran out and people so intoxicated were unconscious queried with viator and asked for a refund as we had paid double compared to others on same trip clearly the local tour operator booked us on wrong trip and then blamed website for the error no responsibility taken at all and offered me a 60 dollar refund in total disgraceful! completely mis sold and didn't receive what was advertised would never use or book through them again ”
