Traveler reviews
“Overall, we had a very good experience with the round-trip transportation from Punta Cana to Uvero Alto. The service was reliable, and the return trip was smooth. We’re giving 4 stars because the arrival pickup could have been a little easier. The meeting point wasn’t very clear, and the driver was parked in the lot rather than the designated pickup area, requiring us to walk to the vehicle. This was a bit challenging since my husband has a hip injury. With clearer pickup instructions and meeting guests in the designated area, the arrival experience would be even better. Overall, we appreciated the service and would use them again.”
“Alexander was the best and also the team! I never felt lost in the process. I booked a private round transfer with them with a birthday package. They went above and beyond to decorate the interior of the van and even personalized a ballon for my husband. The team ALWAYS answer any questions I had . When we arrived at the airport they quickly let me know via WhatsApp where they were located and in few minutes Alexander was already there to pick us up. We always felt safe and he made the ride smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for everything you guys are truly the best!”
“Best of the best exceed our expectations. Thank you Angel”
“This is the 3rd time in 3 years, I’ve used Alexander’s service roundtrip from Punta Cana airport to Hyatt Zilara. Always able to book ahead, confirmed, on time, professional, and flexible with our requests. We will continue to use his services each time we go back!!”
“Brothers Transfer offers excellent service! This is the 2nd time I’ve used their services once with family and most recently as a solo travel. Both experiences have been great! Alexander is professional, punctual and offered great advice to make the most of the trip! I strongly recommend Brothers Transfer to anyone looking for a seamless transportation and excursion experience!”
