“SCAM! DO NOT book with this company. First of all our driver had no idea where he was going, he stopped multiple times to get directions and a 1 hour trip to the pick up port turned into a 3 hour trip which made us miss our initial boat that was supposed to pick us up he also lied to his manager and said that he had dropped us at the port when he really hadn’t. We booked a very expensive private catamaran and Catalina island tour with this company. The boat excursion was not private and it was not a catamaran party boat, they let people outside of our booking on the boat, there was not enough snorkelling gear or lifejackets for all of the people on the boat because they allowed extra people which was dangerous. The snorkelling gear was disgusting it does not get cleaned after being used, gets put directly back into a plastic container and there was visible mold on the gear. They left my group stranded on the island for 45 minutes with just our tour guide because they decided to prioritize the Spanish speaking people that were added to the excursion. Then on the transfer back to the hotel we had the same driver that still didn’t know where he was going and stopped in the middle of the highway to take a phone call to get directions which was very dangerous. Was extremely disappointed with this entire experience I would never recommend this tour company to anyone. When we reached out with our complaints this company ignored us and are not interested in resolving the issues or taking any accountability. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.”
“Pickup time was at 7:10 am and we picked up other people along the way which is normal. The driver was super nice and communicative. Well we stopped at what they said was a meeting point by 0800 and then got on a bus where there was massive miscommunication and easily angered bus driver. Then it continued with stops and driving for the next 2 hrs. And when we stopped again we looked at the reviews that said there were gonna be two additional stops that are 25-30 minutes long. And the bus was tight and small. Everyone was sitting on top of each other. No communication with the company hosting this event. And when my family member was having a panic attack about the situation they argued with us to get back on the bus cause they couldn’t understand why we wouldn’t want this to be our whole day. ”
“Excursions is about a total of 12 hours! You’re on the beach for about 3 of those. The bus ride and the boat ride you will be packed like sardines for multiple long periods of time. Now the island itself is beautiful!! Would I do this excursion again? No. I would suggest maybe private transportation to the island! ”
“We had a really good time on this excursion. The staff was friendly, the boat ride was fun, and Saona Island was beautiful. The natural pools were definitely one of the best parts. Everything was well organized and we had plenty of time to enjoy the beach. Would definitely recommend it.”
