“Good evening, Freddy. I hope we can talk tomorrow, and you can tell us a little more... Today's excursion was a dreadful scam (I don't think you have any idea to what extent it is stealing people's money). I'm sending you the review I uploaded on Google... T E R R I B L E ! ! ! The cheapest/worst thing we have seen. We booked that excursion because a year ago my brother and my father had done it (evidently not with that company) MAINLY TO SEE HOW THEY PROCESSED THE COFFEE AND THE COCOA, ASKING FOR THE FRUIT; well, they kept us waiting for an hour, only to tell us later that, to spend more time on the beach, they would only explain to us how they did it (in a little room/market where, of course, we didn't see anything) and they only ended up selling us products at more than double what they cost at the hotel. We went out in some junkers that don't accelerate, don't brake, don't turn (of course they made us sign a liability waiver); we arrived at Macao Beach (gorgeous!) where they didn't allow us to stay for more than 15 minutes... On the way back the accelerator got stuck, and I managed to unstick it without serious consequences; one of the staff guys kept telling me TO GO FASTER, that I was holding up the group, to which I unbearably replied that, if I did, I could collide with whoever was in front. We witnessed (thank God without serious injuries) an accident involving those pieces of junk, due to defects in the steering, and also in the brakes. A while later the one they gave me stopped, and it wouldn't start again. As a solution, they pushed us for more than a kilometer, to give us another one that was even worse, although it worked. With that one we arrived (almost at the time to return) at the cave/cenote (beautiful), and finally they gave me another one of these artifacts to return to their lair. Once there, their only dedication was trying to sell us the photos of the "adventure," which I refused to buy. Then more than half an hour passed (God knows why) until they deigned to start the journey to bring us back. To sell to you, they show new buggies, but then they give you these that are no longer any good (evidently NO ONE AUDITS THEM) suffice it to say that the seat belts don't even have a buckle or anchor. IF YOU WANT TO USELESSLY PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK, HAVE AN AFTERNOON OF YOUR VACATION STOLEN FROM YOU, AND LEAVE THEM AT A RATE OF $40 PER HEAD, IT IS THE IDEAL EXCURSION.”
