“Absolutely terrible experience. I was left waiting over 45 minutes outside in the heat with my wife and toddler, with little to no communication from the company. Every time I reached out, I was repeatedly told the driver was “on the way,” which clearly was not true. Standing outside in those conditions with a young child while being lied to was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had also requested a special item/service in advance, and it was never provided. No explanation, no apology, nothing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable transportation or decent customer service”
“No show! When we arrived outside of the airport there was no one there to pick us up. There was no sign with our name on it. Another company called and Coral said they had no reservation for me. I clearly had a reservation for 4 adults to our resort. I will be disputing the charge for this transportation that we did not get. Very disappointing!”
