“This operator is misleading customers about its advertised free pickup service. Instead of providing the convenience of hotel lobby pickup at Barceló Bávaro Palace, they expected me to walk approximately 10 minutes from the hotel lobby to the security gates for collection, despite the fact that hotel security could easily facilitate access by providing my room number. Even more frustrating, I received pickup information well before the 24-hour cancellation deadline, yet the operator failed to respond to my inquiries or clarify the pickup arrangements until after the cancellation window had expired. This left me with no reasonable opportunity to cancel and receive a refund. The entire situation feels deliberately misleading, with the company using its cancellation policy as a way to avoid taking responsibility while keeping customers’ money. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this operator. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere”
