“Our trip was canceled, 2 minutes after scheduled pick up time. This was due to off shore weather and safety, so no hard feelings. Communication up to that point was good. Important note, despite your hotel being on the list for pick up, they cannot actually access Catalonia Royal. They are not approved for lobby pick up/drop off and it is a 15-20 walk to the main security gate. This was NOT communicated until 7:30 pm the night before. Many of the resorts have security access, be sure to ask about actually lobby pick up!”
