“My experience on this buggy excursion was terrible from start to finish. To begin with, we had to wait too long before we could start the activity, which already generated quite a bit of frustration. However, the worst part happened during the tour, where there were constant problems and the guide's treatment was completely unacceptable. The guide was disrespectful and treated a group of people of color very badly, with an attitude that I considered discriminatory and shameful. Furthermore, he even threatened to kick the whole group off the excursion, creating an atmosphere of tension and discomfort in an activity that was supposed to be fun and pleasant. To top it all off, the safety of the vehicles left a lot to be desired. The seat belts did not work correctly and the steering wheel of the buggy we used was damaged throughout the entire trip. I find this extremely serious, because we are talking about an activity in which safety should be the absolute priority, not something to be overlooked. Between the long delays, the constant problems during the trip, the guide's lack of respect, and the poor conditions of the vehicle, the experience ended up being a real disappointment.”

“This was honestly one of the most frightening and disappointing experiences I have ever had. The excursion was poorly organized, and the whole experience left me feeling scared, uncomfortable, and genuinely worried about my safety. Instead of enjoying what was supposed to be a fun adventure, I spent much of the time feeling anxious and wondering whether everything was going to end safely. The lack of professionalism and attention to safety was extremely concerning. I would never want another tourist to go through an experience like this. I left feeling disappointed, shaken, and regretting that I had booked this excursion. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.”
