“Honest review: When I messaged to confirm of our pickup time, I was told there was not enough people and if we could take the later tour. But because we had other plans we couldn’t reschedule. Just as I was disappointedly about to cancel-frustrated why I wasn’t told earlier (finding out at 10:30p) and that my family would be missing out. He said wait let me see what I can do. To tell you he must of moved mountains because that same night we were out on another boat with our original time. We had THE BEST time! Pickup and drop off smooth as can be. The most beautiful beach where the boats were docked. Then a friendly, safe, attentive crew with great music. It was not insanely packed either. Choose later hours for more of a party, party boat experience. We had the top floor to ourselves most of the time. Also the slide was super fun and the snorkeling gear was newer than others I’ve seen. Yes the drinks were a bit watered down but still refreshing. There were some photographers that would take pictures for a fee but honestly the pictures were really nice. They were not pushy either. Overall sooo glad I didn’t cancel. Had the best time swimming in those crystal clear waters and among the fishes. Watching dolphins and enjoying life! Also it didn’t take all day it was a perfect amount of time. I would recommend this tour company because they really did accommodate us and we had a wonderful time! ”
