“⭐️ 1 STAR — SAVE YOUR MONEY! THIS WAS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. Me and five of my friends booked this excursion based on what was advertised: a REAL open bar, snorkeling, seeing dolphins, and the Kings of Kings/Trinity boat experience. What we actually received was NOTHING close to what we paid for. We paid $70 PER PERSON — $420 TOTAL for six people — only to find out that other people were paying around $50 per person for the SAME experience! So not only did we feel like we didn’t receive what was advertised, we also paid MORE than other people for it. First of all, we were put on a run-down boat with horrible music. There was absolutely NO real open bar. They gave us two types of punch with champagne and called that an open bar. That is extremely misleading. There was also NO SNORKELING AT ALL. They didn’t even have snorkeling equipment! Instead, you had to hop onto another boat just to go down a slide. The water was so shallow that the idea of seeing dolphins out there was honestly laughable. We didn’t see a single dolphin. But the biggest issue was the boat itself. The listing specifically advertised Kings of Kings and Trinity, which was a major reason we booked. WE NEVER GOT ON THE KINGS OF KINGS. There were multiple other people on our boat who were just as confused and upset because THEY ALSO BOOKED THINKING THEY WERE GETTING THE KINGS OF KINGS BOAT. We didn’t see Trinity out there either. So clearly, we weren’t the only people who felt like we did not receive what was advertised. And before you even get on the boat, the entire area is chaotic. The workers we encountered were rude, and there are people everywhere aggressively trying to sell you things. You can barely walk without someone approaching you trying to sell you something. For $420, this was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. We could have spent that money on a much better excursion instead of paying MORE than other guests for an experience that looked and sounded NOTHING like the advertisement. If you’re looking at the beautiful pictures and description thinking you’re about to have some lit party-boat experience with snorkeling, dolphins, and a real open bar — DON’T FALL FOR IT. What they advertised and what we actually received were two completely different experiences. $70 A PERSON FOR THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMETHING ELSE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS EXCURSION TO ANYONE. ❌❌❌”
