“The transportation was great. It was exactly as described. However, do not book any tours through this company. I went with my child and husband. It was the most money hungry excursion of my life. It was only supposed to be Saona island. However, they kept on trying to sell us things. Wanted us to stop numerous times to “shop”. Even let random sellers board our private car to try to sell us items. We were picked up on time (7am), but had to wait over an hour at a gas station for another bus. Complete waste of our time. We board the bus and they do not have enough seats for everyone. They packed us on the boats and catamaran like sardines. What probably could have been an excellent trip was a nightmare. It was supposed to be an 8 hour excursion and it took like 13 hours because of all of the selling and long wait times. The island was smelly, food was subpar, and again (we were constantly harassed to buy). They have photographers with terrible quality pics who try to sell $10 per air dropped photo. They took our picture for “security purposes” and used the pics on our way back to try to sell mamajuana bottles when we were just tired and wanted to go home. To make matters worse, the tour guide was the First one to leave the bus. Don’t book! ”

“They were friendly and on time. Their vehicle was very clean. There was a communication gap with one of the drivers (we did a round-trip transport) as we spoke English and he did not. He spoke Spanish and we did not. But, it was still a pleasant experience. We laughed about it and made it work.”
