“Nacho was AMAZING The whole day was very fun. The bus was prompt, enjoyed the light snack before hopping on the boat, the boat ride across the bay was smooth, with upbeat music. The horseback riding was cool, I very much enjoyed it. Once they knew I had ridden before, they let me have more control of the horse. The guides on the horse part deserve a big tip. Lots of steps down to the waterfall, be ready for a big climb back out. Had a coconut water at the top, the lunch was DELICIOUS. The beach was chill, pina colada in a pineapple, which was super refreshing. Smooth ride back even through a small rain storm(that gave us a beautiful rainbow). Overall 10*. Again. NACHO WAS AMAZING. Best tour guide ever.”
“This was one of the best tours I’ve been on. The day was a nice mix of adventure and relaxation. The waterfall was magnificent! The horseback riding was good fun. The lunch was amazing! The beach was pristine and postcard perfect. The trip through the countryside of the Dominican Republic was a breathtaking foray. Our guide Nacho was wonderful! Engaging and funny, he made the slow parts of the trip enjoyable and worthwhile! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.”
“What a fun day! And so full of beauty. The boat across the bay was fun. A great reminder if how much I love the water. I enjoyed the bus ride as well. It was an opportunity to see the towns and the people more than what the resorts show us. The horses to Limon were great. They were all so gentle and trained. A guide stayed with each of us at all times. The stairs to the bottom of the falls are no joke! 350 steps down and i think double that back up! My guide held my hand and helped me all the way. The pina colada on bacardi beach was extra sweet because of the surroundings. The water was crystal clean surrounded by white sand. Things to consider. It's a LONG day. It was listed as 10 hours but adding the travel time from our resort we were gone 13.5 hours. Lots of tip requests. 3 buses each way, each with a basket. Boat driver asking for tips. The horse guides tell you they are volunteers and only get paid if we tip them. Food servers... You see how many opportunities are presented to open your wallet. We were given 1/2 sandwich mid morning with a juice. We got lunch with a rum and coke or water. On the bus we had to ask for water. Most excursions I've been on are generous with water, soda and often alcohol. None of these things should keep you from the great opportunity. It's just something to know before you go.”
“Amazing! Tour with horse riding to get to the waterfall. Waterfall was a wonderful sight! Afterwards we had an amazing Dominican lunch! In the afternoon we went to the Bacardi island where we had the opportunity to swim in clear water!!! Enrique, the bus driver and Nacho the tour guide were amazing! 👏”
“From the moment we were picked up I knew we were going to have an amazing day. Our tour guide Nacho was full of energy, funny and informative. The driver Piña was also excellent. We did horse riding to Salto el Limon and had a wonderful lunch buffet at the Ranch. Later we stopped at Bacardi island for a Piña Colada and a swim.”
