Traveler reviews
“We absolutely love this resort. This was our 4th time here and we are seasoned travelers that look for the best overall experience. This place doesn't disappoint! We love our swim-up room, located right off from the main pool, so we can be watching all of the activities and entertainment from our room! These rooms come with a butler, which makes the whole experience over the top! Our amazing butlers are Marie and Cliefin. They go over the top to ensure our comfort and happiness! We even keep in touch all year! The bartenders are extremely friendly - especially Santana and Rafi. The casino host, Luis, is awesome. The food is above average and the nightly entertainment is also above average. You won't be disappointed with Chic.”
“We stayed an amazing 3 days !!! The people, music and swim up room was breathtaking! Our butler Roberto was AMAZING and very attentive to our needs. Our food, towels, Drinks, and over all stay He made sure was perfect and paradise! We will absolutely be back and we can’t wait to see our friends at the presidential club Bartender Carlos who made the best drinks! Carmen made the best swim up Drinks! The night life, the music, The beautiful beach front ! I will absolutely be back!!! Definitely worth our stay and if you’re looking for PARADISE this is IT!!!! I will be back PUNTA CANA!!!!!”
“Timely and courteous service. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival. Signs with our name were present. It's useful to remember the tour company name as that helped us find out driver. ”
“Unfortunately the pickup at the PUJ airport was delayed 20 min due to transport availability and it 95+ degrees with no climate control. The drive from the airport to the resort was OK. The return from the resort to the airport was great. Very timely pickup and assisted the bags and the drive smooth and comfortable.”
“Excellent 5/5. Staff was great. Never went too long with an empty glass. Food was all good. Buffet was average with all other restaurants above average. Loved the sushi and steak house. Going to pasta house tonight for new years.”
