“When we landed in Punta Cana, I msged the person the confirmation listed. He was there and we stayed in touch going through immigration. We couldn't find him among all the other drivers waiting for people. Found him and then needed to wait for the actual car and driver. The person we caught up with was the rep and he got us to the car. It was hectic at the airport. Def get yourself a car and driver, it's worth it. Ride was comfortable. Would have like bottled water for the ride (others do that, even if it's there's a charge).”
“I don’t often take the time to write reviews but this one is a must. From the time of booking to returning home, I received quick responses. Our flight was canceled due to the global outage and we needed to switch hotels and delay our transfer to the airport by two days. Neither were issues and they were accommodating and even checked back a couple of times for new flight info and new room number (required by the resort). Great service and thanks for making it easy during an emergency. ”
