“Thanks for your response Bahia Principe Esmeralda. Once again you have demonstrated clearly your lack of knowledge of the issue. We are still at the resort and nothing has been done, NOTHING, to improve our experience. I also sent an email to Grupo Piniero and am awaiting their response. If you were able to look at our records staying at Bahia Principe Esmeralda, Punta Cana and Fantasia, you will see this was clearly our 10th visit. Obviously front desk staff Darwin sent an email five days ago to confirm this info however email must have gone in trash or is traveling via boat from DR to Spain for verification. Don’t bother as I said in my previous review, to respond. Your response is a non response as you have taken NO ACTION to resolve anything. Unbelievable how BP Esmeralda service has fallen.”
“This is not a 5 star. We had roof leaking onto the buffets. People were sliding and falling. Maintance was terrible. We had many issues with our room door not locking..the AC leaking. Maid not coming The worst food we have had in any of the 11 All inclusives we have been to. The positive was the beach. We would never recommend this resort”
“This place should and and can be better its being generalist to say the staff are bad, but over all they don't give a dam, I am here at the moment and expected so much more....a forinstant...in the buffet, you order a drink after getting your meal the person taking the order then goes and continues his conversation with his friends , after having a polite word with a manager it seems nothing changed try another resort, I am sure you will find better !!”
“On my way back the driver did not pick up one of the bags from our transfer. He subsequently left us at the airport and did not care to assist me in retrieving my luggage that was left behind at the resort. All he did was provide me the number to the hotel.”
“The resort had just opened two weeks prior to our arrival so things were just picked by up. However, Danielito made it amazing! He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.”
