Traveler reviews
“Had trouble locating our “Sign” person & we had to wait 20 minutes or so for the van. The car seat was for an infant so would like our money ($10) back on our return trip to the airport. Once in the van our driver was great!”
“Have a good understanding of the name of the company you are working with and a way to contact the if you have no phone service.”
“Great service! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Got us to our destination without any issues. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Punta Cana. Just booked with them for our November trip!”
“My ride was not there. We walk through the airport looking for help then someone took us to the kiosk where all tablets are and my name was there no body knew who was encharge, it took around 40 minutes to get our ride, as soonest we crossed customs I texted them no response… The driver was very polite and pleasant the drive was a great experience, the airport waiting time wasn’t at all”
“Walked up and down looking for my name, called operator x2 plus texts. No signs like the description states. Took probably 20 minutes to find our driver.”
