“Excellent service, fair price. Our flight landed and we were stuck on the runway for quite awhile. We were then bombarded and pulled all different directions by people posing as airport personnel to help you find your ride but actually just trying to lure you away and sell you something. Anyway, our ride waited the entire time. We called because we couldn't find them and we had ended up completely in the wrong area. They told us to stay put and came and found us, holding a sign with our names which made it very easy to identify who was truly supposed to drive us to our resort. They found us within 5 minutes and got us loaded up and on our way. The shuttle was clean and new and had ice cold AC. Driver was extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.”
“Good news: Pleasant staff, nice location, beach (when it's without the seaweed=not hotels fault) SoSo: Food Not Good: Room was not ready even when prearranged early check-in and hotel was 40% occupied. Prearranged restaurant was cancelled on arrival. Paid for concierge showed us to the room and did nothing about issues. (phone not working, no toothpaste or towels, blood on the pillow all noticed on arrival and she promised to correct) Never heard from her again. Plumbing issues Toilet overflowing, shower backed up. No towels at pool. Since no phone difficulty ordering breakfast to room, so I went to hospitality desk. Breakfast never arrived. The arts and crafts organizer ran out of supplies and advised to come back in afternoon twice. He Never showed up in the afternoon. The resort Catamaran ride included in their package was cancelled yet you could purchase one on the beach. Beach Volleyball activity- needed players yet organizer handed us the ball and walked away. The pool aerobics/dance instructor shows up tells us he needs to turn on music and never returned. Worst of all Management was notified and kept making promises and did nothing. You would expect a 5 star resort to be responsive especially to a guest who purchased a suite in the upscale concierge section of the resort. Our friends left the upscale side and the room was nicer on the standard side (no refund was given to them) BOTTOM Line: Don't pay for the Reserve Consider going to the Hard Rock or Bavara resorts Bottom line”

I would also like to thank Santos for the amazing service while at the beach and Jose for taking me anywhere I wanted to go in the resort. I will definitely be back. Thank you!”
