“Very late pickup. Needed to contact twice. The tour was supposed to be in English- not a word of it. Too many lengthy souvenirs stops. Van was in poor shape. Would not recommend to anybody!”
“My group tour guide was Victor, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about the area and patient with me, considering I was the only one in the group that required English translation. The pick-up from the resort did seem a bit skeptical since the van was a little dirty, and the windows were super tinted.
